The talented team, led by Salvatore Maggio, Bar Manager, are passionate about creating a great lounge bar experience through impeccable service, generous hospitality and expert knowledge. There is a delicious bar menu and Express Lunch menu available, alongside a cocktail menu which offers a journey from early signature classics through to modern mixology, as well as delicious infusions and table theatre cocktails.
The New York Bar provides the perfect setting for luxury date nights, after work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails and laid-back lunch meetings. Our bar menu - filled with a variety of tantalising light bites, indulgent sandwiches, and comfort food specialities - offers the perfect accompaniment, whatever the occasion may be.

The Beach Bar is for exclusive hire or for hotel residents only. We unfortunately cannot take reservations for individual guests unless you are a hotel resident. Public walk-ins may be available on the day but are subject to availability.
