I originally worked at The Milestone Hotel in various departments which is also part of the Red Carnation Hotel family. In February 2016, I joined The Montague on the Gardens as Deputy General Manager. It is my dedicated team's goal to ensure that all of our guests receive the very warmest welcome to the hotel and that their stay is perfect. Our motto is 'No request is too large, no detail is too small.'
We have a wealth of different dining options to offer you at The Montague. Many of my dishes are inspired by our President and Founder of Red Carnation Hotels, Mrs Beatrice Tollman, whose philosophy is to offer the very best in delicious comfort food. When designing my menus, I particularly focus on seasonal, sustainable produce that is sourced locally. If you have any special dietary requirements, I will of course be happy to look after this request.
As the Head Concierge I truly love looking after our guests. It is my role to organise your private itinerary whilst you are staying with us, to book you the best seats in the theatre and to get you a table in those very difficult to book restaurants. My team and I continue to seek out all that London has to offer, from the dazzlingly new to the quintessentially traditional, so we can offer you the very best advice when putting together your itinerary.

I am delighted to lead a wonderful team in the UK, taking care of our guests' reservations. Let us know whether you will be celebrating your honeymoon, birthday, or wedding. It would be our pleasure to oversee your bedroom allocation and put in a special request prior to your arrival. We can also organise any additional extras you may like such as chocolates, champagne and strawberries, which would be waiting for you upon arrival. We will ensure that your stay will be one you fondly remember.
I will personally oversee that the best possible room is allocated to you and if you are celebrating a special occasion, I can suggest several options, including a surprise cake, chocolates or flowers, to make the celebration even more memorable. As the Conference and Events Sales Manager at The Montague, I am honoured and delighted to be part of such a creative and passionate team. Together, we organise and execute the most versatile events and ensure that the guests always have the most memorable experience with us. Specialising in a range of events from intimate celebrations to large corporate parties, there is no request too large, no detail too small.
As Chief Engineer it is my role to ensure that everything is in perfect condition during your stay with us. I am also on hand to assist with any technical matters such as Wi-Fi connectivity, our Sky Television system, gaming consoles for the children or our climate control system.
