Hotel Manager

Previously the Director of Food and Beverage, Arjeta received a well-deserved promotion to Hotel Manager in 2024. In her new role, Arjeta oversees all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the unparalleled luxury and personalised service that The Montague is renowned for. Her leadership style is characterised by a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Neil Anderson

Deputy General Manager

Neil has been part of the Red Carnation Hotel family for many years, originally working at The Milestone Hotel & Residences in various departments. In February 2016, he joined The Montague on the Gardens as Deputy General Manager. It is Neil's goal to ensure that every guest of The Montague receives the very warmest welcome, living the value 'No request is too large, no detail is too small.'

James Hilton

Front of House Manager

As the Front of House Manager, James aims to ensure that every guest leaves The Montague with a smile on their face, eagerly planning their return. Together with his dedicated team, he crafts warm, personalised, and attentive experiences for every guest. James takes great pleasure in creating memories that will stay with guests for years to come, and he looks forward to welcoming guests upon their next visit.

Martin Halls

Executive Head Chef

The Montague offers a wealth of diverse dining options, expertly curated by Executive Head Chef Martin Halls. Many of his dishes are inspired by the President and Founder of Red Carnation Hotels, Beatrice Tollman, whose philosophy is to offer the very best in comfort food. When designing his menus, Martin focuses particularly on seasonal, sustainable produce sourced locally. If guests have any special dietary requirements, Martin and his team are always happy to accommodate these requests.

Mustafa El'Omari

Head Concierge

As the Head Concierge, Mustafa truly loves looking after guests at The Montague on the Gardens. His role involves organising private itineraries, booking the best theatre seats, and securing tables at those difficult-to-book restaurants. Mustafa and his team continually seek out all that London has to offer, from the dazzlingly new to the quintessentially traditional, ensuring they can provide the very best advice when putting together guest itineraries.

Tadas Dubikaitis

Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering at The Montague on the Gardens, Tadas Dubikaitis ensures that everything is in perfect condition during guests' stays. He is also on hand to assist with any technical matters, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, the Sky Television system, gaming consoles for the children, or the climate control system.
