Vegan diets have gained popularity over the past few years, making it necessary to have the skills to perfect an entire plant-based dinner. This course not only teaches you the essential skills for plant-based cooking but also how to create beautiful flavour combinations using fresh and nutritious ingredients.

Dishes taught on the course include:

  • Spicy mushroom burger, crispy lotus root, broccoli, and a tofu dip
  • Refreshing tabbouleh salad

French Classics

It’s no secret that the French are famous for their cooking. Thanks to its exquisite and decadent flavours, masterful techniques, and celebrated flavour combinations, French cuisine has continued to influence the culinary world since the 1600s. In this course, you will learn how to cook your very own haute cuisine menu, choosing one of the four two-course menus below.

Menu one: Pan fried duck breast with puy lentils; cointreau soufflé

Menu two: Roasted rack of lamb, gratin dauphinois, and grain mustard sauce; chocolate fondant

Menu three: Pan seared scallops, lemon tagliatelle; apple tart, blueberry coulis, lime cream

Menu four: Pan fried seabream fillet, stewed baby leeks and prawns, and emulsified star anise sauce; chocolate profiteroles

Chicken and leek pie

Perfect your pastry skills with our Pie masterclass, a comprehensive guide to creating one of British cuisine's most traditional and warming dishes.

With the help of an expert on hand, learn how to create the ultimate comforting classic from scratch - a chicken and leek pie. Our teaching chefs will help you to create a rough puff pastry case, cook the perfect filling, and help you to decorate your pie to your desire before you enjoy your creation.

  • Please enquire to select your date and time.
  • Once your date and time are confirmed, please complete and sign the application form and provide any information related to allergies, medical, and health conditions. Without doing so, your booking cannot be confirmed.
  • A non-refundable deposit equating to 30% of the course fees must be paid in pounds sterling with the application. The remaining balance must be paid 21 days prior to the course date.
  • If your booking is made less than 21 days before the course date, then a full pre-payment is required.
  • A full guest list is required at least 5 days prior to the event.
  • The number of attendees in the kitchen can be between 4 and 16. If less than the maximum number attend the course, then we will still require the full fees to deliver the course.
